Shipping Policy

We offer both pre-order and premade (ready-to-ship) items. Please review the details below before placing an order.


Processing Times

  • Premade items are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout.

  • Pre-order items are produced after purchase and may take 1–3 weeks (or the timeframe stated on the product page) before shipping.

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to production, supply chain, or carrier delays.


Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping provider), responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted by them.


Delivered Packages

  • If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

  • Any delivery issues after shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier.


Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order purchases acknowledge and accept the stated production and processing timeframe.

  • Shipping begins only after production is complete.

  • Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started, unless otherwise stated.


Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers must contact us first regarding any shipping or delivery concerns.

  • Chargebacks filed on orders marked as delivered will be disputed using proof of fulfillment and delivery.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in refusal of future service.
